ECM performed the PS&E (Plans, Specifications & Estimates) for the sidewalk rehabilitation on Andrews Street, Lexham Avenue and Fawcett Avenue in the City of South El Monte. The project was funded through CDBG Recovery monies and the scope of work consisted of the construction of new sidewalks, the removal and reconstruction of existing sidewalk, removal and replacement of curb & gutters, addition of wheelchair ramps, removal and reinstallation of metal rail, removal and disposal of trees, repainting of traffic markings and manhole adjustments. The project was completed in February of 2010.
