ECM was responsible for the street improvement plans, grading/site improvement plans, conceptual utility relocation plans, storm drain plans, sewer plans, incorporation of detour plans, street lighting plans, traffic signal plans and specifications for over four and a half miles of street improvements for the City of Baldwin Park. This two million dollar project consisted of the relocation, removal, or relocation of utilities, street lighting, sidewalks, driveways, driveway aprons, gutters, and wheelchair ramps. The project began in 2000, and was finished in 2003.
