ECM provided PS&E (Plans, Specifications & Estimates) and Construction Management services for the expansion of the City Yard adjacent to the City of South El Monte’s City Hall. The expansion consisted of a new concrete masonry perimeter wall, new asphalt paving, striping, wheelchair stops, a new steel gate, lights and an irrigation system. The project was completed in August of 2010.
