ECM was responsible for the PS&E (Plans, Specifications & Estimates) and Construction Management of the City of South El Monte’s Community Center dance room expansion. The 384 square foot addition was done to provide the local children with a place to expand their creativity in a safe environment. The project was completed in September of 2010.
