ECM is currently designing a site plan for the expansion of the City of Coachella’s Corporate Yard. Items to be included within the layout of the approximately four acre facility are a drive-thru wash facility (including steam cleaning and clarifier systems), CNG, electrical, and diesel fueling stations, materials storage bays, covered parking, equipment circulation paths, hazardous materials tanks, and re-design of the existing corporate yard site improvements to provide a fire engine access loop to the proposed fire station. An initial boundary/topographic survey was done for the area, and an updated topographic map was developed.
