The scope of work for this project consisted of street overlay, the construction/reconstruction of sidewalks, driveways, wheelchair ramps, and curb & gutters. The project was completed under budget in May of 2009, which inspired the City of South El Monte to perform additional work with remaining Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
