ECM completed the PS&E (Plans, Specifications & Estimates) for the rehabilitation of Merced Avenue in the City of South El Monte. We have submitted the final plans to Caltrans in order to receive funding.
Project Limits - Merced Avenue from Rush Street to Klingerman Street
Length – 0.27 miles
Scope - Removal and replacement of asphalt concrete paving and overlay (3 inches) of asphalt paving; removal and replacement of damaged curb & gutter, cross gutters, sidewalks and driveways; as well as the construction of ADA wheel chair ramps.
