ECM was responsible for the PS&E and Construction Management of this street rehabilitation project. The scope of work consisted of street overlay with rubberized asphalt concrete and construction of new landscape median islands and a new entry monument for the City of South El Monte. The project was funded with Proposition C and 1B allocations and completed in May of 2009.
