ECM successfully procured funding for this project through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 upon completion of PS&E (Plans, Specifications & Estimates). Upon funding approval by CALTRANS, ECM performed Construction Management for the rehabilitation of Potrero Avenue. The scope of work for this 0.6 mile (from Rush St. to Lerma Rd.) street consisted of new asphalt paving, sidewalk repair, and the rehabilitation of cross gutters and curb & gutters. The project was successfully completed in October of 2010 and praised by CALTRANS after a successful series of Construction Oversight audits.
