ECM successfully procured the Safe Routes to School (SR2S) Cycle 6 grant program, completed the PS&E (Plans, Specifications & Estimates) and provided the Construction Management for program on behalf of the City of South El Monte. The project consisted of sidewalk improvements on Remar Street, Parlim Street, and Doreen Avenue. The goal of this project was to provide students of nearby schools a safe way to get to and from the campuses. The project was completed in January of 2008.
