ECM is currently providing services as a sub-consultant to the Bond Program Management Team for the San Bernardino Unified School District. Projects include the construction of 6 new campuses (elementary and high schools) and the modernization of 36 more. The cost of all of these projects is estimated to be from $700 to $900 million dollars, as is funded through several bonds and development agreements. ECM is assisting in the modernization of Cole Elementary, Cypress Elementary, Highland-Pacific Elementary, and San Gorgonio High. Projects include safety upgrades, new lighting, classroom remodeling, and ADA improvements. ECM is also involved in the construction of the upcoming George Brown, Jr. (Wilson II) Elementary School.
