Starting in 2009, ECM has been acting as a sub-consultant providing construction and project management services to the Santa Barbara Community College. The $150 million budget calls for the modernization of existing facilities and new construction in order to make essential improvements to the campus, and the funding and construction of the School of Media Arts. Projects include the Kinko’s Early Learning Center, locker room improvements, campus wide re-painting, restroom upgrades, security upgrades, parking lot resurfacing, building snack shops, and various horticulture projects.
