Through our bilingual and multi-cultural staff, we provide community outreach by working through many institutions such as the Latino Engineers, Architects and Developers Society (LEADS).  ECM sponsors networking events and educational workshops.  We also provide internship opportunities and contribute to scholarship programs awarded to college bound high school students pursuing careers in engineering and construction management.
