ECM specializes in project & construction management. Our goal is to provide our clients with sustainable infrastructure and facilities. We will monitor the contractor's work and coordinate with other agency representatives as necessary in order to complete each project in accordance with the client's objectives, budget, and timeframe. Our personnel makes it a priority to stay familiarized with current funding sources for projects, including the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and all current Bond Measures, and adhere to Caltrans Local Assitance Procedure Manual (LAPM) guidelines through all phases of the construction process.
