ECM Group’s staff has prepared, structurally analyzed and designed “type M” work structures, multi-family dwellings (2 story), commercial buildings, moment frames and MCU walls using the UBC and the State of California Building Codes.  ECM’s inspectors provide the assurance that contractors and subcontractors adhere to the construction plan and specifications in all disciplines: civil, electrical, mechanical, HV & AC, architecture furnishings, reinforced concrete and steel.  Our staff is also well-versed in Building & Safety Plan Checking in order to assure that all structures adhere to City codes.
